Kiyania Brown is a three-time ovarian cancer survivor and a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in North Carolina and South Carolina. Her personal journey through diagnosis, treatment, and survivorship fuels the heart behind TEAL Sista and gives her deep insight into the emotional and psychological impact of cancer on women and families.

Her advocacy is rooted in transparency, empowerment, and community. Kiyania is passionate about amplifying ovarian cancer awareness, strengthening self advocacy, and building sustainable support systems so that no woman has to navigate her journey alone.

Donald brings over 10 years of experience in auditing and accounting. As a Financial Controls Manager, he offers strong financial oversight and strategic insight to support sustainable growth and accountability.

His connection to the mission is deeply personal. Through his wife's journey as an ovarian cancer survivor, Donald has witnessed the power of self advocacy, education, and community support, and he remains committed to advancing these values within TEAL Sista.

Kallison Graham is a Licensed Master Social Worker with extensive experience in oncology care, psychosocial support, and community-based program leadership. Her work centers on advocacy, resource coordination, and holistic, patient-centered care that improves quality of life for individuals and families facing complex challenges.

She currently serves patients at Bon Secours Mercy Health – St. Francis Cancer Center, providing psychosocial support throughout treatment and survivorship. Grounded in strengths-based and trauma-informed practice, Kallison is passionate about addressing health disparities and fostering resilience in those navigating cancer and chronic illness.

Courtney Williams brings experience in marketing, recruiting, and community engagement across financial services and corporate organizations. She is passionate about building meaningful relationships, developing leaders, and helping organizations grow through strategic outreach.

Her commitment to this mission is deeply personal, following the loss of her mother-in-law to cancer in 2021. Courtney is dedicated to raising awareness and supporting women and families navigating the cancer journey.

As a board member of TEAL Sista, she is committed to advancing ovarian cancer awareness, strengthening survivor support, and ensuring our mission of sisterhood.

Rona Neely brings over 23 years of experience in education as a certified public school educator and school counselor. She previously founded and led GEARS Youth Services, Inc. from 2013 to 2021, developing strong nonprofit leadership and governance experience rooted in sustainable community impact.

Her commitment to this mission is deeply personal. Rona is passionate about amplifying ovarian cancer awareness and strengthening support for survivors and their families.

Kamilah Staggers is an entrepreneur, project management professional, and two-time ovarian cancer survivor based in Atlanta, Georgia. Her journey through cancer ignited a passion to support and uplift women navigating the challenges of diagnosis and survivorship.

With experience leading complex projects in global organizations, Kamilah brings both strategic expertise and a heart for service. She is also the founder of Focused Beauty, where she empowers women through makeup artistry and confidence-building experiences.

Kamilah is honored to serve on the board of TEAL Sista, using her professional skills and personal journey to help advance its mission and ensure no woman walks this path alone.
